Bernard was as a young soldier in Europe, where he got in contact with my family. He was regarded almost as a member of my family. Relations continued after the war for years. I have good memories when visting him some years ago Our sincerest condolences for his family.

Our sincerest condolences are with your family. Bernard was a good man and lots of good memories from 8th avenue in Hiawatha between our families. I'm sorry we will be unable to make it back but our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Steve, I am very sorry to hear about your Dad. I want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and Jenny.

You were an awesome grandpa and I have many wonderful childhood memories of our time together. I will miss you always!

Dear Ruth and family - I used to work for Adrian Knuth and after Velma's death Bernard and I had many conversations while he was handling her estate. I enjoyed visiting with him and enjoyed his sense of humor. I was sorry to read of his passing. You have my sympathies.

Sorry for your loss.
