I'm sorry for your loss. I knew Jim (Chicky) Hamilton from working out at station 4. Jim was a great guy. He always had an interesting story and was such a positive person. No complaining. I saw I'm at Hyvee a couple of months ago and we chatted. The crew from station 8 stopped in and I introduced them to him. He loved it and the stories started to flow. He will be missed. God Bless.

Our deepest sympathies to the family. I worked with Jim for many years. It was fun to not only work with him, but to have him as a good friend. He always had a smile. He will be greatly missed. God Bless Him!

It was a great pleasure to know and work with Jim as a fire fighter and friend. Please accept sympathy from me and my family. He was such a wonderful person with a smile and positive attitude anytime you talked with him. You knew he was interested and concerned about your feelings and was always happy to see and talk. He will be greatly missed not only at the monthly retirees breakfasts but by the friends he had all over. God's Blessings.

I want to express my sincere sympathy for the loss of your loved one and share the hope promised in the Bible. God has set a day in which he purposes to judge the inhabited earth in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed, and he has furnished a guarantee to all men in that he has resurrected him from the dead. (Acts 17:31) If your heart yearns to see a loved one again, study the Bible to make this resurrection hope your very own.

Jim was such a nice man and friend. As a member of CRFD i knew Jim for many years on the job and after he retired. Jim was an interesting person to talk to . I saw him often at the Hy Vee.

Our deepest sympathies to the family. Though I didn't know James that well, I had a few things in common with James. I remember one time I went to the grocery off Johnson Avenue near Cedar Hills and James waved me down. We must of stood there in the aisle for over an hour talking about everything. Mainly the Navy, Fire Dept., and what retirement was like for James. A very kind and generous man with his time. Good Run James!

Dear family and friends. I am so deeply sorry to hear about your loss. James will be missed, but not forgotten because Jesus' words found at (John 5:28,29) says there will be a resurrection. So what this mean is James will be given a fresh new start without sickness and death (Rev. 21:4) to live forever in a peaceful new world. (Psalms 37:29) I hope these promises found in the Bible bring comfort knowing that you have an opportunity to see him again to share more wonderful times together.
