Mae,
Please accept my sincerest condolences on the death of Clarence. I remember with pleasure the story of you and Clarence playing cards in Masonville with my parents (Leo and Helen Hanson), and then your re-connection later in life when you all were at Ft. Yuma watching a parachute jump. Their grandson was one of the jumpers and they were visiting them; and there that Iowa car was. Once back in CR - you all enjoyed a friendship that was very special and even after Dad's death, you were a good friend to my mother. She died the same year you all moved back to Masonville -- so the years have passed but my memories of the good friends you and Clarence were live on. I hope your memories will forever keep him in your hearts. I remember you both with fondness. And thank you for your friendship with my parents.
