Charlotte Kerowyn Eaves passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at St. Luke’s Hospital. Funeral Service: 11: 00 am Friday, August 19, 2016 at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Charlotte was born July 3, 2016, the daughter of Michael and Kristen (Cohenour) Eaves in Cedar Rapids.
Survivors include her parents; grandparents, Stephen and Ellen Cohenour, and Phil and Phyllis Eaves; great-grandmothers, Sherry Schonberg and Vera Leffler; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Robert Schonberg, Herman Jr. Leffler, glen and Mona Cohenour, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Eaves; and cousin, Mason Weeks.
Charlotte, though taken too soon, will always be remembered by her loving family.
