I met Pat many years ago before she and Jerry were married. Both Jerry and Tom were bricklayers and we were together for many State Bricklayer functions. Tom and I attended their wedding and traveled many times with them. They were considered two of our best friends. Now Pat, Jerry and Tom are deceased and I miss all so very much. Pat and I continued to visit by phone often and got to visit once in a while. Pat and I made a trip to the Grand Hotel in Michigan several years ago and had a wonderful time, and made several shorter trips closer to Cedar Rapids. I will miss our chats, catching up on what is happening in our "golden years". Thank you Mike for calling to let me know of Pat's death. The last I talked with Pat was right before I left for Oahu Nov. 16th and was looking forward to sharing my trip experiences with her. I love you Pat and you are forever my dear and cherished friend. My sympathy goes out to all of Pat's family. Mary Walter November 30, 2015

I only knew Pat from June of this year till her demise. She was our new neighbor. I visited with her several times and even got to meet her kitty, Charlie. We had much in common and I enjoyed her company a lot. She will be missed by myself and many others. Now she is in God's hands and breathing is no longer a hardship, nor all the assorted aches and pains we seniors seem to acquire in the aging process. May she rest in peace. Sincere sympathies to her family.

My deepest sympathies to your family. Pat was the salt of the earth and always the kind and gentle voice of reason. I treasure the memory of working with her at Klinger's.
