Ruth E. Hayes, 90, born March 28, 1924, died Wednesday, October 22, 2014, of a sudden illness in Cedar Rapids, IA. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witness more than 60 years ago. She is survived by 3 children, Charlene Schroeder (Daryl), Kathleen Sovia (Don) and Charles Joseph Hayes; 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.
Ruth loved her family, friends, attending the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness and her hobbies. We will miss her very much.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2014, 4:00 p.m., at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2204 26th Street NW, Cedar Rapids, IA.
