Joe and I offer our sympathy and prayers to all of the Parr family. We have good memories of Rusty and her kind heart and ever-present smile from our time together at St Elizabeth's. I know she loved all of you very much and offered many prayers for her family. May you find joy in your happy memories and the hope of reuniting with her again in heaven some day.

Bob, Helen, and Family, We are so sorry for the loss of your Mother/ Grandmother. You are in our thoughts and prayers and may God give your Mother the peace she so truly deserves. We still have wonderful memories of all of you and we are so sorry to have missed being there for you. We know how important she was to you and we will continue to keep you in our prayers. May the blessings of God give you joy in remembering all that you shared together and may it live in your hearts forever. God Bless You All.

Barb, bob and the whole family, my condolences are with you. It's never easy saying goodbye to a loved one, but know that she's in a beautiful, calming and peaceful place where she can call home with other loved ones. You guys gained another angel to watch over the family. Thoughts and prayers are with you guys.

I am so sorry for your loss. My parents, Bob and Mary Kathleen Foster, enjoyed their friendship with your parents, and I enjoyed the fact that she was a fellow redhead.

Aunt Rusty was always a pleasure to be around. Our condolences to all of you. She will be missed. Mary's favorite blanket that she called her "B" was made by aunt Rusty. A great person. Deb and Joe

Barb, Bob and entire family, very sorry for your loss of a wonderful full of life and laughter mom, grandma and all around great friend and 2nd mom! She will be missed by many. She is in a happy and wonderful place next to our Father, Jesus and Mary. Bet she's doing a jig and laughing and having a glass of wine. Love you all.

Parr Family, Sorry for your loss. I worked with Rusty at Mercy for several years before she retired. And of course as kids we lived just down the street from you all. There were a lot of us kids in the neighborhood when we were all very small kids. Take care, Grant Carter

Barb, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Eternal rest grant unto Her O Lord, am may the perpetual light shine upon her. May Her soul, and all the souls of the faithfully departed, rest in peace, amen.

Hello Family, Only Faith, Family, Friends, Time and Good Memories will ease the pain your feeling. Your Mom and Dad were always so special to me and being able to care for them since they were patients of Dr. Bill Finn. A very good memory how kind and caring they were to all the Staff. They were so proud of the Family and your Mom continued to be engaged with me through Community Health Free Clinic and always enjoyed our time together when she would drop off supplies. Each of you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Barb, Bob,Dick and Jim...such sweet memories of your Mom and the times spent with your family when we were young...please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers...
