God bless you at your time of loss.

My Sincere Condolences to Phyllis and family at this time of loss. Even though we personally haven't been in touch for a while, you're always in my heart. You and mom, your neice (Eileen Bracy-Burr) always stayed in contact and you still remain in touch with my dad, Ken Burr. Your's and Fred's gifts for my wedding, way back in the 80's still remain a treasure for me. I will always remember and carry special memories of you and Fred. I remember Fred and his laugh and how nice of a guy he was.... he was so easy to talk too! For Roger-being my cousin and all ... you sure didn't give me any breaks on chewing gum in math class at Prairie. But I still honored you then and still do! Keep up the great work! For Norman and Stepanie-I remember when we were kids and use to visit you when you lived in Lincoln Way Village. I know this was a very long time ago but I haven't and will never forget these times with your family. I know we haven't made new memories since we all grew up and parted in our separate ways.... but the memories I have will always be there. I give you all the upmost condolences at this time of sorrow! Love You Khris Burr (great neice)

My sincere sympathies to the family for for their loss. I had the honor to work in the same department as Fred for over 25 years. He will be missed greatly.

My condolences go out to my nieces and newphew, Julie Ann, Jennifer Dawn and Steven Alan. I know your grandfather will be missed very much. In the early days when our families were closer we shared some fun times. Live on in his spirit and know that we all loved you very much. Aunt Lori

Roger introduced us to his Mom and Dad. Fred was a very fine person who always had a positive and happy disposition even though he had health challenges. He may have been an ardent Hawkeye fan, but those of us from Pennsylvania considered him to a Penn State fan too. God Bless you Phyllis, you had a wonderful partner in life.

Phyllis & family.....I was shocked to see Fred in the obituaries today! I haven't seen you folks since the store was sold in the early 70"s. Please accept the Voigt's Sincere Sympathy during this time! Love, In Jesus Name! Vicki (Voigt) Hansen

Please accept my condolences on the passing of Fred. It was an honor to have known such a great person. My 36 years with Rockwell Collins started on Monday, July 23rd 1973 when I walked into the new Wichita Collins Service Center and followed a laugh down a hallway to find someone to drop off my resume. Fred, on the spot, gave me a chance and I will never forget Him. Over the years that S"tiger" laugh became a trademark. May God embrace you in comfort during this difficult time.

I wish to express my deep sadness to learn of Fred's death but am happy his suffering is over and he is in a much better place. I consider myself blessed to have shared much laughter and love him. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time and always! Love, Joyce
