All of the staff and students at Pierce Elementary are saddened along with your family at the passing of Ken . He made many friends at the crosswalk on 42nd Street over those 15 years. He never failed to make us smile when he came in to the building whether he was telling us a "crosswalk" story or just coming in to to do a little good natured teasing! He was unique, hardworking, and so kind to the Pierce kids. Definitely one of a kind! He will always be a part of our school story.

To the wonderful Hubbard Family, we are thinking of you during this difficult time and hope you will remember the good times shared with your Dad. From the good old days at Wendy Oaks to your home always filled with people, love and plenty of animals your Dad was an amazing character. We appreciate having known him, hearing his wonderful stories and witnessing his kind deeds. He will be deeply missed by many. To Ken's Family, my prayers ae with you with the loss of your dad/grandad. Ken was a true friend and teammate at Mckinley. In football we did not win many games But Ken was there every play giving his all and showing the love he had for the game. I always enjoyed going to the Wrestling meets to watch Ken complete.
