Frank B. Gagle 68, of 1055 Brockman Ave, Marion, died Thursday, August 19, 2010, at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday in Grace Baptist Church. Pastor Cecil Ballard will officiate. Burial in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 7 PM Wednesday in Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife Paula, son Frank Patrick Gagle and wife Jenny of Des Moines, daughter Kimberly Fitzpatrick and husband Tim of California, and daughter Amy Howard and husband Larry of Lisbon, and two sisters Delores Bitting of Arizona, and Jeri Hutchins of Colfax, and brother Richard Gerischer of Missouri. Nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth and Patrick Carey and Frank Gagle.

Frank was born January 28, 1942 in Colfax, Iowa. His father died while he was an infant and he was raised by his mother Ruth Carey and step-father Patrick Carey. He married Paula Simpson on April 28, 1984 in Waterloo. He was a sales representative for McGrath Motors and Bob Mickey Chrysler. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church and the Elks Club. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, and spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
