Kathy, please know I am thinking of you and your family. Losing a parent is always difficult, let alone losing both parents in such a short period of time. Moms are very special and they play a key role in who we are. Knowing you, your mom must have been a very nice individual. Think of those great moments that you had with your mom when you were a child, and it is sure to put a big smile on your face and a warm spot in your heart. Olsen family - When I saw your mother's obituary in the paper, I felt instant sadness but then a bunch of great memories came flooding back. I worked with Carol back in the late 60's and early 70's in Plaid Place at Armstrong's. I was in high school and then college and it was my first job. Carol was the best. She was kind, funny, professional, classy, patient, compassionate and a wonderful role model. I will always be grateful for her kindness and putting up with the "new young girls." She will be missed. My sympathy to your family.

Dear Olsen Family: I just heard of the passing of your Mom. She was such a great person and I have wonderful memories of her when she worked in Plad Place with my Mom, Joann Maas. I was also sorry to hear that your father had passed away late last year. May your wonderful memories of them bring you comfort.
