Jean Marie Lynch-Fauchier

Jean was so kind and nice. She helped make common occasions fun for our family too. I have such fond memories of picnics and small trips where she and her 2 boys and daughter would be there with us.

My dear aunt Jean, I will miss her letters and phone calls , she was so full of energy and had alot to say about things going on in her life in Iowa, like the deer in her yard nipping on the flowers, and the gophers burrowing in her garden, the diffirent birds in the trees, and the snow pilling up in her driveway. Aunt Jean loved her kids and grandchildren very much. When she was with my mom (her sister Kay) they laughed alot of only things the two of them could understand, she made my mom smile alot and i thank her for that.miss you aunt Jean, love Eileen

Our heartfelt condolences to my cousins and their families. Auntie Jean was a wonderful person and we will miss her dearly. I will always remember her being very spunky and full of life. On her last trip here, 6 years ago, she was a lot of fun to tour around with when we went to San Francisco. She always went out of her way to make sure I had a good time when I visited Cedar Rapids. I've enjoyed letters and phone calls from her and will miss our conversations. She was truly a one of a kind wonderful lady. I picture her now chatting it up and having a good time with my Mom, her sister Kay. With love from Ann and Doug Michael.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the family. I grew up next door to Jean and Bob. They always looked out for us "Meyer" kids, even when we didn't want them to. :) I did not fully appreciate what they did for us until I was an adult and realized how important good neighbors are. Jean always had makeup and fun stuff for us to try. She will be missed. God bless! Stacey Friauf (Meyer)

Denni, Kevin, Monica, my heart and prayers are with you. Jean had so much drive and energy...I truly admired her. My first sales job through selling Shaklee with her helped me launch my sales career for which I am very grateful. I am also very grateful for all the years she took care of Grandma Clara, and for all the joy and laughter she brought to her sister; my mother Kathleen. We are here for you. Love and Blessings, Colette

Jean will be so greatly missed. She was a beautiful person...I'm glad I got to know her. She attended my mom, Mary's, wake in April 2004. Standing together were Jean and my Aunt Winnie (they graduated from St. Wenceslaus together). I asked Winnie how old she was, and she said 79, but Jean corrected her...no, we are 76! That was kinda cute 'cause Winnie was getting a little forgetful! Jean was such a gracious lady. God Bless all of her families.
