Dee Rae Rose Sacora, 56, of 4830 Broadway Dr. SE died Wednesday November 18, 2009 at St. Lukes Hospital after a sudden illness. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Red Cedar Lodge at Squaw Creek Park from 1:00 to 6:00 PM on Sunday. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her husband, Mike, a daughter, Jen Sacora of Cedar Rapids; a son, Josh Sacora of California and two sisters, Sharon (Ken) Wright of Cedar Rapids and Cindy (Bob) Weil of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Dee was born on October 24, 1953 in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Lloyd “Bill” and Esther Price Kisling. She married Mike D. Sacora on July 31, 1971 in Cedar Rapids.
Dee was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and the time spent with her beloved family and many pets.

A memorial fund has been established in Dee’s name.
