Wilma A. "Sparky" Sparks
I worked at Living Center West a few years ago and took care of Sparky. She was such a joy to be around. I loved hearing her tell her stories about her tending bar when she was younger. She always had a smile on her face and was always so nice to talk to. She really touched my heart in the year that I worked there. RIP Wilma.
