Aunt Betty was very dear to me. I have nearly 60 years of memories with our family gatherings. It is unbelievable how her family grew and what a terrific family they are. In her earlier years, my parents were very close with Uncle Chuck and Aunt Betty. They did everything together. I believe she is back together with Uncle Chuck and my mother and father right now "probably dancing". Her great hugs and wonderful cooking will always be in my heart. She is loved "every inch" Joanne

Dear Pat & family- I'm so sorry to learn of your mother's passing. Although I mostly just saw her at church, I always thought she was the nicest lady. Please know that I am praying for you & your family in this time of need. Take Care- Amy Weaver

Dear Pat, John, Dick and ALL of Betty's family - I hope you know how much we send you all our love - George and I certainly feel like we have lost one of our family too - she was such a dear soul and we loved her very much. We will miss her - I remember when she would come to our family reunions with Becky - and making k-bobs for a barbeque at our house - Betty pealed smelly shrimp right along with the rest of us. She was just so easy to know and so easy to visit with - she just reminded me of myself sometimes in so many ways - I loved her. Heaven has gained another "angel". Diane (& George Kristjanson)

The profound sadness at the loss of aunt Betty is offset by the 72 years I have had the joy of having her as a beloved part of my life. The memories of aunt Betty and Uncle Chuck are etched in my mind forever. From across the border I reach out with my love to all, especially some very special cousins and their families; Patty, Jon Dixon and Dick. You had a very special mother, indeed.

Pat and John............ Bill and I are sorry to hear of your Mom's death. We know you were a very close family and she will be a huge empty spot for you all. We will be in Colorado next week, so will not be at the funeral, but we are thinking of you. You were both GREAT children to your parents! Love, Barb and Bill Brousard

I still remember the days of riding our bikes down to Chuck & Betty's when they lived on E Ave across from the Dairy. We'd get our ice cream cones and eat them at their house. Even though I wasn't part of the family, I always felt like I was. She will be missed.

Dear Pat, John and family - We were sorry to hear about your mom. She always reminded me (barb) of my own mom. I loved chatting with her about our families in the hospitality room at Cedar. She will be missed. Your family is in our prayers. Barb & Gordy (Fuller)
