Charlotte Delores Blough, 75, of 825 25th Street NE, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2009, in her home, from a long illness. Memorial service and visitation will be held from noon to 3 PM Saturday, September 12, at Squaw Creek Village Manufactured Homes Community, 6201 Hennessey Parkway, Marion, Iowa. Arrangements by Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband Dale of nearly 56 years, four daughters Jody Schulte, Kerry (Wade) Hinegardner, Debby (Tom) Laucamp, and Becky (Steve) Frink all of Cedar Rapids, a sister Beverly Capell of Arizona, and a brother Dale Elmore of Delaware, 11 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, 10 brothers and sisters, a granddaughter Amy Blough, and a great granddaughter Mercedes Blough.

Delores was born April 12, 1934 in Waterloo, Iowa, to Jesse and Lillie Warren Elmore. She married Dale Blough on October 31, 1953 in San Diego, California. She was a homemaker, an avid pool player, and enjoyed a goodtime. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
