My son Max, who was in Maddeson's Kindergarten class and was excited to know Maddeson was going to be in his 2nd grade class as well, would like to let you know that he misses Maddeson and is very sad that she lost her battle with cancer. Our family would like to express our deepest sympathies for the loss of your little girl. I can't put into words the sadness we feel with her passing. Thank you for sharing her story with the Indian Creek community through your Carepages site. More than anything, please know that Maddeson was very loved by many, many little boys and girls at her school- including my son.

Jackson was very fortunate to have been in Maddeson's kindergarten and 1st grade classes. Although he is sad, he still smiles whenever we talk about her. His favorite stuffed animal, is an alligator that she gave him this summer, that he named Al E. Gator. He really enjoyed going to the Kernel's game with her this summer. They were both on the big screen; while singing "Take me out to the ballgame." Jackson said "I really liked her laugh and how funny she was." Jackson has picked out a star and when he looks at it at night, he knows that Maddeson is smiling, looking down at him from heaven! While recently moving to Minnesota, Jackson has learned to "collect" friends and he is so glad that Maddeson and the others at Indian Creek are a part of his collection! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I was blessed to have Maddeson in a preschool class. It puts a smile in my heart to remember Maddeson telling "knock knock" jokes to her friends and laughing with them. She was a beautiful child and I will never forget her. I am so sorry for your loss and I pray for your family during this time of sadness.

Our son Nolan was in the same kindergarten class as Maddeson and was excited she was going to be in his 2nd grade class this year. I remember Maddeson from volunteering in class and she was a beautiful happy little girl that Nolan enjoyed having in his class. He was saddened when she got sick and he talked about her frequently after she started her battle against cancer, telling us the days she was able to make it back to school and how she was doing. We happened to be at UIHC on Friday and Nolan told the nurse that he had a friend from his class staying at the hospital. He said it with such great pride, he was very proud to call Maddeson his friend. Our deepest sympathies go out to your entire family, and please know that you will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.

Our son Preston was in Maddeson's first grade class. He was very sad when I shared the news of Maddeson's passing with him. He said to me "My grandma and grandpa will know who she is though, and they will take good care of her." Words cannot express how sorry we are for the loss of your beautiful little girl. There are no words to express how deeply my heart is hurting for your family. I can not imagine a greater pain than that of losing a child. Your loss has sent Maddeson to a place of peace and love and joy; a place beyond sorrow and without pain. Your memories of her now a treasure, she will never be far away. "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal." God bless all of you. My deepest sympathies.

Tersinar Family, I wanted to express my sympathy at the death of your beautiful daughter, Maddeson. Our son, Linus, passed away a year and a half ago, when he was only 18 months old. He is buried in the Garden of Angels at Cedar Memorial. You are at the beginning of a long, difficult journey. Please know that there is help and support out there. We have found comfort in counseling, support groups, and talking to other parents who have lost children. Good luck.
