Anna R. Ealy, 91, of Bettendorf, IA died Monday morning, August 3, 2009 at the Bettendorf Health Care Center following a brief illness.

Funeral Service: 11:00 am Thursday, August 6, 2009 at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories with Rev. William Harnish officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time at the chapel on Thursday.

Survivors include her Sister, Louise Stepp of Loves Park, IL; Brother, Dale Parks of Belvedere, IL; Numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, spouse, 6 sisters and a brother.

Anna Ruth Parks was born March 8, 1918 in Effingham, IL the daughter of Harmon & Lillian (Osteen) Parks. She married Charles Ealy on March 6, 1937. He died March 23, 1972. Anna taught private music lessons for over 30 years. In her younger years, she enjoyed dancing and fishing and loved playing cards.
