Bill left a big impression as a youngster growing up 2 blocks away and swimming with Marty. I looked up to him. Herm and my Dad (Al) worked together back then at Iowa Securities Co so we were close, as Nancy can remember. Over the years we saw each other and would recall the early years and share our thoughts of Marty and Herm. Bill seemed to always be IN CHARGE, and as years past, I admired that about him. He and Sue were a great couple and I will miss him dearly. I know he is at a sand bar in heaven if there is one.

I was so sorry to learn of Bill's passing. Growing up, I knew Bill as "Nan's big brother." Margy and Herm were so proud of him.
