Roberta Mae (Bosier) Bolt, 53, of Sarasota, Florida, formerly of Cedar Rapids, went to be with the Lord on March 4, 2009, at her home. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10 AM Monday in Hope Lutheran Church with Pastor Daniel Clark-Bridges officiating. Burial in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 PM Sunday in Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband Benjamin, a son Jesse (Janice) Jones, and their two children Hailey and Ian of Sarasota, Florida, three sisters Connie (Merv) Chandler, Darlene Shreeves, and Becky (Dave) McVay all of Cedar Rapids, four brothers David Bosier of Cedar Rapids, Darrell (Pam Bueoy) Bosier of Center Point, Dwight Bosier of Sarasota, and Darwin (Michelle) Bosier of Johnstown, Pa., and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Roberta was born August 15, 1955 in Cedar Rapids to Robert and Edna Monserud Bosier. She married Benjamin Bolt on April 28, 2001 in Sarasota, Florida. She was a workman’s comp adjuster for Johns Eastern Insurance Company, and a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Sarasota.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
