Maurice Lee Klein, 61, of Amana, died Thursday, January 1, 2009 at the University of Iowa Hospital & Clinics in Iowa City after a long illness. A Memorial Service will be held Friday January 16, 2009 at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories at 3:00 P.M

Survivors include Corinne (Paul) Hanson of Cedar Rapids, Marjeane Hunter of Ankeny and Lois (Dan) Dunek of Pilot Grove, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law Dale Hunter.

Maurice was born February 12, 1947 in Cedar Rapids, IA the son of Kenneth and Evelyn Klein. He drove a school bus for College Community and then did over the road truck driving.

Memorial Donations may be given to the family in his memory.
