To Pat Houdeshell, I was so very sorry to learn of the passing of Elmer. What fun we used to have at all of the dances. I remember Elmer and you with such great fondness and remember all of the smiles you two put on peoples faces. I know you have many great memories of Elmer, always hold them close. Please extend my sympathy to his family also. Elmer was a great person and know he was a wonderful Dad to his family as I know how good he was for you. These times are oh so hard to deal with, but we have to remember all of the good times. I know Elmer will be missed by so many people as he did such wonderful things for nursing homes with all of his music. He could always put a smile on my face and we know the world is a better place because of him. Know that you are in my very special thoughts at this time.
