Bob taught me how to tie my shoes, how to tell time, how to ride a bike. My first pet was a kitten that came from his mom's farm. Last winter he gave me his shiny red wagon to pass on to my 3 year old son. He was the kind of person who would do anything to help a friend or a dog in need. I'm so sorry he's gone.

We didn't know Bob, but we recently adopted his dog Toots. We know that he must have treated her very well, because she seems to miss him terribly. She gets very excited when traveling to Cedar Rapids in the car. Toots is doing very well settling in at our home. She is wonderful! - as I'm sure Bob was too.
