We were so sad to hear Ann had passed and want you to know our thoughts and prayers are with you. Dad LeRoy Hartman really enjoyed sitting at the dinner table with Ann. He had known your parents for a very long time. We were not able to attend the service due to losing everything in the flood we lived in Czech Village next to 4 Star Roofing but wanted you to know we are thinking of you.

Dear Dorothy and family of Ann: We are saddened by the death of a lovely lady. She was such a gentle person with a wonderful sense of humor, patient and kind beyond words. We got to know both Al and Ann when they became patients at our pharmacy, Medical Pharmacy on 5th Avenue. We enjoyed them both so much and admired their total dedication to one another. I know you will miss her greatly but hope that she is once again with her beloved Al having a great time bowling and laughing. Our deepest sypmpathy to you all. Sincerely, Jim and Trish Palmer

Dear Dorothy and family, I am saddened, as I know you are, at the death of your mom, my Aunt Ann. Although I was out of Iowa for most of my adult life, I was always heartily welcomed to visit when I came to town, even by surprise. Discussions were very lively and entertaining, especially about bowling. I remember on one visit when we put on some music and all of us danced in their apartment. Ann was so much like my mother that sometimes I forgot she wasn't. I will never fill that special place in my heart for Ann. My prayers are with your family. Cousin Marvin Petsel
