Verna Pearl Osborne
To Verna's Family, Verna wil be remembered for her quiet ways and sweet smile. Her delicious kitchen treats were wonderful. She made the tallest birhtday cake I have ever seen for Evelyn the first time I ever met her. This was only one of her impressive acts of love and kindness. She opened her home to me and didn't kick me out when I was naughty, forgiving me even when we let boys tresspass her doors and stain her carpet. Many of my best childhood memories are associated with the time I spent with the Osbornes. They graciously invited me to accompany them on a family vacation to Colorado, giving me an opportunity to travel that I would never had experienced without their generosity. In addition, Lee and Verna warmly welcomed my whole family to their retirement home in Ark. I will always be grateful for the Osborne's influence in my life. Verna made a beautiful home for her family and worked hard to give them all she could provide. The twinkle in her eye when she looked at them showed all that Lee, Gary, and Evelyn met the world to her. Our thoughts, prayers, and love are with you. Don and Judi Kielman and family.

To Evelyn and Gary, my deepest sympathies to you both on the loss of your Mom. I have some wonderful memories of her there at your house on 7th Street that seem like a lifetime ago. She loved you both so much and I know we Evelyn and us tried her patience to the max many times. So sad for you, please know you are in my thoughts. Sincerely, Nancy Remember the time we put egg whites on our faces?? I sure do!!
