Judith A. Viggers

Ken and family, Our hearts are broken as we mourn the loss of someone who touched so many lives. I will always remember Judy as someone who was there with an encouraging word and reminding her choir friends to "smile" for Jesus as we sang! She is now with her Lord whom she loved so much but there is a void for all of us who loved her. I trust God will wrap His arms around you in love as you are comforted by wonderful memories and knowing she is resting in the arms of Jesus. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.

Ken & Family Bereavement is so personal that few of us, unless we have experienced it ourselves, can comprehend its grief. We hope that our caring will lessen the sorrow that you bear and you will be in our prayers. With deepest sympathy, Jim & Sue Albertson

Dear Ken and family, Dear Jill,Mynra,Jan and families, Judy and I had a wonderful 50 years of friendship since 1957.Judy was a "big" sis to me when I babysat her first born daughter Jill in Dumont,Iowa. I moved to Aplington my senior year and then to Cedar Rapids for many years before moving to Colorado 40 years ago. When her daughter Jan moved to Colorado we rejoiced for more time together. Then when she met Ken and they moved to Cedar Rapids, I was really thrilled, knowing I would see her every time I went home to see my family in Waterloo. Yes, Judy made it easy for us to stay in touch. When Judy and I gave our life over to the Lord, our bond became even stronger. Last year when she had double knee surgery, I sang to her over the phone to help relieve some excruiating pain. She also loved my "joyful jingles" for every birthday and aniversary. We both had a love for music and loved praising our Lord Jesus. With emails we continued our wonderful communication and the very last email I received, was two days before her accident. It said, You're my forever friend. Yes, we are eternal friends and sisters in Christ and I can see her smiling and dancing with our Lord. We will be together again one day laughing and singing praises and glory to God in the highest.Thank you Ken for loving her and giving her such wonderful years of joy and married life and the blending of your families which gave her much delight. Thank you Jill, Jan and Myrna for giving her the love from your heart and time together with her grandkids and great grandkids. Her life was richly fulfilled in so many ways thanks to all of you. I will continue my friendship with Judy through each one of you. As you all know with Trig just arriving home today from South Africa, I am unable to be at her memorial. Along with you, I feel such a tremendous loss, but I am with you in spirit and through the love of my heart in prayer. We love you all Trig and Beve MennenGamble

Ken, We extend our deepest sympathy to you and the rest of Judy's family and yours upon her her death. We have fond memories of her during the years she was at Morningside Reformed Church. Memories of Bible Studies together, Sunday evening sing-alongs and just her enthusiasm and friendliness. Though this was many years ago, it remains fresh in our memories. We rejoice that she will now be singing in heaven and we know we will see her again there. May the Lord fill the void in your life and walk with all of you through all this sadness.

Dear Ken and Viggers family: Unfortunately due to a necessary business trip I will be out of town starting Thursday and will be unable to make it to the viewing or the services for Judy. I want you to know what a pleasure it has been to know and to care for her over these past several years. She certainly was a special lady. We will all miss her here in the office. Our prayers will continue to be with you. May God bless you all. Michael S. Brooks, M.D.
