Wilmer Dale Uthoff, 81, of Norway, died at home on Friday, March 23, 2007. Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church by Pastor David Mosher. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. Monday.
Wilmer is survived by Betty, his wife of 59 years; a niece Ann Dumenil of Phoenix, AZ; and 2 nephews, Tim Zuber of Cedar Rapids, and Terry Zuber of Norway.
He was preceded in death by his sister Lualis Dumenil.
Wilmer was born on May 29, 1925 in Norway to William and Gladys See Uthoff. Wilmer married Betty Possehl in Newhall on April 29, 1948. He farmed in the Norway area until his retirement. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
