Words can not convey the saddness felt at this time. The news of her passing hit hard as members of CRCC were setting up for the car show. We decided to do this one for Marsha. Even in her death we can find strength. She was a rock even to the end. I talked to her last at the KMRY show. She told me it was tough, but she would just meet it head on and deal with it. I guess the Good Lord figured it was time to ease her pain and take her to his side. We'll remember her with pride and great admiration.

We would like to express our deep sympathy for the family. Marsha was such a nice person. We will especially remember the day we were married. Even though she was not feeling well, she and Doug still stopped by to congratulate us. We are so glad that we were able to visit with you at the Dairy Queen this season. Please let us know if we can help in anyway. Your CRCC friends, Bret and Peggy Parker

Doug and Brian, As a member of the Corvette Club, I would like to offer my deepest sympathy on your loss of your wife and mother. I don't need to tell you how wonderful a woman she was. A wonderful example of a big hearted, loving woman; a great friend to all she became close to; a strong example of courage and strength in the midst of difficult times and a woman of great faith. She is someone I look up to and will never forget for who she was to me. Another funeral out-of-town has made it unable for me to attend services; but more importantly Marsha and you and family are in my heart and prayers. Most sincerely, Lynette Lubbock

Doug and Bryan, I had no idea Marsha was ill...we had lost contact after the boys grew up. I am so so sorry. I will always remember her as a wonderful mom to Bryan and his buddies, and a sweet, kind, funny woman to spend time with. We so enjoyed watching our boys play sports together and swapping kid stories. Bryan, you have been so blessed to have spent so many years with a mother who loved you so much and who was so proud of you. You were totally the apple of her eye. What a good role model she has been for you. I will keep you both in my prayers. God bless you. Kathy Bradley Lawrence Luc's mom

Dear Doug and Bryan: We did not have the pleasure of knowing Marsha very long, but she was the first person we met as new members of CRCC and she made an impression on me immediately. Marsha's warm smile and easy demeanor were always welcoming, even when she worked in the stifling heat while manning the CRCC trailer. Doug and I are grateful for Marsha's kindness and for the opportunity to have known her. Please let us know if you need anything at all.
