Wilma Adelaide Johnson, 82, of 3327 Rosewood Ct. NE, died Friday, May 5, 2006, in her home following a short illness. Services at 3 PM Monday in Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. Rev. Paul Fussel, Rev Christine Wagner-Hecht, and Kenny Gail will officiate. Entombment in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at Cedar Memorial Funeral Home from 2 to 4 PM on Sunday, and at the chapel after 2:30 PM on Monday.
Survivors include her husband Chase, son Victor and wife Linda of Altoona, Iowa, a brother George Campbell and wife Mildred of Denver, Colorado, granddaughter Kathryn, and grandson, Christian.
Wilma was born August 29, 1923 in Tainter, Iowa to Ona Harlan and Edith Baker Campbell. She married E. Chase Johnson on September 1, 1962, in Marion, Iowa. She had worked as a bookkeeper for Linn County Abstract and Bohemian Savings. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
