We have been honored to have known Alma. Her wit was endless. We looked forward to seeing her at church and having lunch with her. Andy particularly liked her stories about the perpetual garage sale. Jane always enjoyed her smile and her appreciation of others. We are in California and regret we cannot be part of the Celebration of Alma's life. It definetely will be a GREAT celebration. Bonnie, our friend, certainly shows much of those same positive traits like her mother and we sure like that! Andy and Jane Anderson

Bonnie and Family, I had the honor of being your Mom's neighbor on Williams BLVD for a few years. Believe me there was never a dull moment...I got out some pictures last night of when two friends and myself grilled out steaks with Alma and even had a few beers!! The greatest part of getting to know her was that she always loved young people and was always interested in what was going on in our lives. And as for the perpetual garage sale...now that was always a sight!...Alma out there rearranging everything each day as if it was her own little store. At first I thought it was a little odd until I realized that she really didn't care if she sold anything...it was just a way for her to visit with whomever would stop by to look at her prized merchandise. When I would pull into my driveway at night she would flag me down and tell me about all the different people that had attended her sale that day. And also ask how I was doing and tell me to be good and that she would talk to me tomorrow. The point of my stories is to show that Alma had a real zest for life and was truly a kind and caring person. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Please accept my sincere sympathy at the passing of Mrs. O'Neill. I was a Craemer's summer employee for her during my school years, 1950 - 1956. She was a pleasure to work for and a caring mentor of several young women. The mention of Mrs. O'Neill and Mrs. O'Brien brings back many fond memories. Beverly Andersen Merritt

Bonnie, My thoughts and prayers are with you now and always . I will forever charish the very precious memories I hold of your mother.I am so very lucky to have known her. I always looked foward to work because she would always tell me what a beautiful child I was and would tell me wonderful stories of her life while I would fix her hair and make-up and pearls .Alma was a true lady with over flowing amounts of class. She will be missed all but never forgotten Take Care and God Bless
