Louise Ingram, 68, of 4845 Johnson Avenue NW, died at St. Luke's Hospital, Saturday, October 29, 2005, after a long illness. Services: 12 p.m. Saturday at Gospel Tabernacle Church by the Rev. Paul Beets. Burial: Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at Turner West Funeral Home Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and after 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Survivors include three sons, Joseph Jr. and Andre, both of Cedar Rapids, and Gregory of Des Moines; four sisters, Mary Steele of Minneapolis, MN, Virginia Gee of Philadelphia, PA, Dorothy Sears and Pearlie Griggs, both of Cedar Rapids; and two brothers, Johnny Powell of Birmingham, AL, and Joe Jones of Florida.
Also surviving are three daughters-in-law; 8 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
Louise was preceded in death by three sisters.
She married Joseph Ingram on December 23, 1962 in Philadelphia, PA. He died in 1976. She was a member of the Gospel Tabernacle Church.
