Memorial Day_Avenue-of-Flags

We are proud to invite you to our Memorial Day Avenue of Flags. More than 1,500 American flags—each donated by veterans' families over the last 70 years—line the avenues from Saturday morning through Monday evening to honor our veterans and all those who serve in the military. This year the flags will be displayed from Saturday morning, May 27 through Monday evening, May 29.

Please join us Monday, May 29 at 11:00 AM for our Memorial Day Tribute. Bring family, friends and neighbors…lawn chairs and blankets…and enjoy patriotic music, rifle volley, taps and a personalized balloon release. Come early to personalize balloons to honor veterans you love, respect, or admire.

In the event of rain, the program will be held in the Chapel of Memories.

Fresh and silk flower arrangements will be available at the The Chapel Flower Shop located next to the Chapel of Memories. You can also visit The Flower Shop at the new location in the chalet building on the corner of First Avenue and Glenbrook Drive SE, just across the street from Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
