My husband, Lyle Matthews, became friends with Toby through the rec center. Every once in a while we would breakfast at Tommy’s. After Lyle passed we still would meet along with Larry McDowell. I would usually tag along. Toby was such a nice person. Always so polite. I am so sorry he has passed. I’m sure Toby, Lyle and many other friends have a table of wisdom in heaven. Sending prayers and thoughts your way. RIP Toby
