I had the pleasure of helping care for Nancy (and Timmie) in her condo a few years back. What a lovely, friendly and sweet lady. I enjoyed my time spent with Nancy and was always amazed at how caring and supportive her sons and their spouses were. Was very special and nice to see. Years of being a caregiver have taught me that is not always the case. There just are no "right" words to say at this time, so I will just ask our Dear Lord to send you all blessings and peace.

Nancy was my dear friend for over 50 years. I am so sorry to hear of her death. I met my friend when we both worked at Wilson packing house so many years ago. We became like sisters and I loved her like one too. ?? We had many good times and much laughter and I will cherish that forever. I eventually moved to the Black Hills of South Dakota but that did not stop us from seeing each other. Nancy jumped in her Trans Am and headed to South Dakota at least 2 summers and then her and the kids and their dad came out another year and we went all went camping in Colorado. About 7 years or so ago Nancy visited me in California. We took a road trip up the coast to Northern Cali. And she enjoyed that so much, as did I. I also came to Iowa to visit her a few times. Distance didn’t keep good friends apart. So sorry for her family’s loss. Prayers for all of you! I will miss her phone calls……..
