I knew Roger from my early Skogman Realtor days when he gave me his seal of approval to join the Skogman Team. You can measure the stature of a man by things he's done in life. When we were climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2000, I had contracted "walking Pneumonia" and was being treated by Dr. Jim Justice who was with us on the climb. I turned back at the first peak and was coughing up blood and went back to camp. Roger came over to my tent later on to check on me and offered to carry my pack the next day because of my illness. You measure a person by the things that they do in life. That's the kind of guy Roger was! Rest in peace.
