Ramona was one of my best friends growing up by Geneva ??We loved 4-H and would usually do a demonstration together. We would go to Mason City and buy matching dresses ??RIP Mona. You will be missed ??

Denny, Wade, Lane and family, my condolences to all of you on Mona’s passing. She was an awesome lady and I have fond memories of our conversations at Denny’s Yamaha and the motorcycle events. It was an honor to know her and be part of her motorcycle family!

I am so sorry to hear of Mona's passing, my thoughts and prayers are with you Denny, Wade & Lane and all the family & friends who will miss her. Hugs to all of you.

I will truly miss a great friend and colleague. We worked together for over 20 years in the "Water Lab" at the Hygienic Lab and had so much fun but also did a hell of alot of work. Thousands of water samples were tested (no kidding) especially during the infamous '93 flood and IOWATER river water collection events (loved the great T-shirts that we wore to work ALOT) to name a few. But then there were the great fun times: decorating the lab for birthdays (and down the hall for special occasions), "ghosts" in the walkin, dairy queen blizzard runs, and many, many lunches out with the gang! Mona was always in the thick of everything: always there to lend a hand, give a laugh, or tell a funny story. When opening mail, we talked about life and kids: heard all about Lane and Wade growing up, wrestling, their jobs, ... Her eyes would twinkle when talking about her grandkids - especially their accomplishments at the hill climb. I so enjoyed working and learning from Mona. I could always count on her for anything: worked hard, played hard, and always a kind heart and wonderful smile. I will not be able to join you all tomorrow since I am up in northern MN but I have been thinking of her and you all every day. My very sincere condolences to Denny, Lane, Wade, Julie, Emily and Hank. Hugs and Love, Nancy
