Memorial

Lewis Alan Fry, 83, of Robins, Iowa, passed away Wednesday August 16, 2023, at Emery Place. A visitation will be held at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home on Sunday, August 20, 2023, from 3:00 to 5:00PM. A memorial service will be held at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories on Monday, August 21, 2023, at 10:00 AM.  

Lewis was born June 13, 1940, to Lewis and Bernice (Sprague) Fry in Edgewood, Iowa. He graduated from Jefferson High School in 1958 and later attended the University of Iowa. Lewis married Rita Walsh on October 22, 1960. He gave over thirty-seven years of service to Rockwell Collins before he retired in 1997. 

Lewis is survived by his loving wife, Rita Fry; children, Kevin (Ann) Fry, Kent (Trudi) Fry, and Kathy (Bill) Partridge; six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and his sister Beverly Klima. 

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Dwight “Jim” Fry. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
