Sheryl “Sherri” Lynn McLellan, 55 of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away on Monday, November 07, 2022. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 5:00 PM on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Sheryl was born on August 28, 1967, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Harold and Wilmetta (Kappmeyer) McLellan. She enjoyed playing cards, rocking in her chair (while listening to music), watching Family Feud, and family gatherings. Sheryl had a deep love for God and her family.

She is survived by her two sisters, Lori Jo Otto of Des Moines, IA; Sandra (Chris) Mellott of Houston, TX; and many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

She was preceded by her parents; a sister, Kathleen Avey; and her longtime significant other, Blaine Black.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
