Memorial

Robert Frank Fisher, 95, of Cedar Rapids, died Friday November 18, 2022, in the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha. Memorial Services are set for 1:00 p.m. Sunday December 18, 2022, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home, where a visitation will begin at Noon.

Bob was born in 1927, to Albert and Elsie (Gregor) Fisher. He attended Iowa School for the deaf in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He was an avid basketball player in school. He later married Betty (Weber) Fisher in 1953 in Kansas City, Kansas and retired from Nissen Trampoline in Cedar Rapids. He loved to bowl and was an avid Hawkeye and Kansas City Chiefs fan.

Survivors include his daughter, Patsy (Neal) Krumbholz and 2 grandchildren, Matthew Krumbholz and Amy (James) Sims and 2 great grandchildren, Ebony and Trinity Sims, 2 brothers, Gary (Leah) Fisher and Steve (Linda) Fisher, 2 sisters-in-law, Laverne Fisher and Donna Fisher and a brother-in-law, Vincent Weber.

Preceding him in death were his parents, wife, Betty, 2 brothers, Charles, and Dick Fisher.
