Tod J. Castle, Age, 59, of Iowa City, passed away at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.

The family has requested no services.

Tod was born on April 8, 1962 in Falls City, NE. He is the son of Thomas and Janice (Maze) Castle. He was a manager of several restaurants in the area. He was an avid fan of the band, Fleetwood Mac. He loved to cook.

Those left to cherish Tod’s memory are his parents, his siblings, Tom (Jenny) Castle, Jr. of Cedar Rapids, and Cheri (Scott) Castle Barr of Iowa City, IA; his nephews, Tommy and his family, Ben and his family, Tyler, and Makayla and her family; his two cats, Chase and Riley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the University of Iowa Holden Cancer Center.

The family would like to thank the entire staff at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for all the love and support they showed Tod, while he was in their care.
