this is my great grandma, i'm so heart broken but I also choose to be grateful that she got such a full long beautiful life . My main memories are getting bags of cookies every christmas and her making huge meals for the family , while also trying to keep me and my cousins under control while playing around in her room . She was such a sweet person to be around and I'm going to miss her dearly . I'm glad she has no more pain and we can all be sad but also celebrate her as a person and never forget her.

RIP my friend.. Life brings us many blessings like friends. You were one of those blessings, even though we did not see each other .much. Always enjoyed your Christmas cookies at bridge. Condolences to the family.

Jeff & I send our deepest condolences to your family during this time. We had the pleasure of meeting Phyl & family; spending some time with y’all at Christmas enjoying her cookies. Jeff and her of having an oyster shooter and a shot on her 90th birthday!

Penny, Little Ry, and family, I was saddened when Mary Jo told me of Phyl's passing. Her name invokes fond memories of many times together at the cabin as kids. I loved coming over to the cabin to give Jimbo a hard time or to love on Freckles, but the best was seeing what Phyl was up to whether cooking or cookies! When we got older, I remember Phil mixing a fine cocktail too -- strong yet smooth! I remember vividly the last time I saw Phyl a few years ago. We were sitting around the fire with Todd, Mary Jo, the Hansons, and some of their friends, laughing hysterically all night. Times with Phyl were always like that. She loved family, friends, and I consider her like a grandmother. I will miss her dearly. Sincerely, -Big Ry

Phil was a very pleasant person to know. I enjoyed a lot of laughs with her on the phone, eating out and playing bridge. Playing bridge with her as a partner and making a bid her comment was "superb" playing and then we would laugh. I will really miss her. So sad that this happened. Sandy Frese

I have thought so much today about Phyl and my friendship going back many years ago on Golfview. We had a lot of good times. Grilling on the driveway, having lunch and watching As the World Turns. There were the neighborhood coffees and watching the kids. I am so sorry Brad, Penny, and Tim.

I was so sad to hear of the passing of Phyllis. I enjoyed seeing you at our Wednesday night meals at the VFW. I was always ready to make sure you got that medium rare hamburger. Thanks for making me smile. Prayers to the family.

Jeff & I send our deepest condolences to your family during this time. We had the pleasure of meeting Phyl & family; spending some time with y’all at Christmas enjoying her cookies. Jeff and her of having an oyster shooter and a shot on her 90th birthday!
