Lily Marie Grace Wilbanks, 3, left this life on her Nena’s birthday September 1, 2021. Lily was born January 14, 2018, to Josh Wilbanks and BreAnna Wilcox in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 4th at 11:00 a.m. at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories.  You may arrive any time after 10:30 a.m. at the chapel. The family wishes that everyone wears bright colors to celebrate Lily’s life.

Lily was an amazing little girl you couldn’t help but fall in love with. She loved wearing dresses, playing with makeup, and Disney Princess movies (Frozen was her favorite). Lily loved to talk and had just the right amount of sass to her. She was best friends with her sister and over the moon when her brother was born 4 months ago. We will miss her beautiful smile and gorgeous long eyelashes every day. Lily was surrounded by everyone who loved her the most in this world in her final days.  

In addition to her parents Lily is survived by her sister, McKenzie Wilcox, and brother, Dominyk Martin both of Cedar Rapids, IA;  her Papa Brian Thomas of Cedar Rapids, IA; grandpa, Chris Wilcox of South Carolina;  aunts, Rochelle of Cedar Rapids of IA;  Kylie Wilcox, Peyton Wilcox-Thomas all of Cedar Rapids, IA; and Isabella Haugsted Marion, IA; uncles, Bryce (Ashely) Wilcox of Cedar Rapids, IA; Zane Wilcox- Thomas and Seth Haugsted both of Marion, IA; her cousins, Bryson and Raelinn (due in December); and a special great aunt, Candace (Eric) Thomas-Coon of Marion, IA.   

She was preceded in death by her grandma (Nena) Tracy Haugsted on March 12th, 2021.  

She will never be forgotten and will always be in the hearts of her family and loved ones.
