Memorial

Sandra Lee Mentzer, 77, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa passed away Friday, November 19, 2021, at Living Center West. A visitation will be held from 12:30 to 1:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories on Wednesday, December 1, 2021. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories following the visitation. Burial will follow the funeral service. 

Sandra was born December 5, 1943, to Donald and Marjorie (Eubanks) Spicher in Cedar Rapids Iowa. She married William “Bill” Mentzer on December 13, 1993, in Cedar Rapids Iowa. 

She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, baking, going for walks, and loved to shop. She cherished the time she spent with her family. 

Sandra is survived by her special friend Paul; her children Tammy (Larry), Michael (Linda), and Jeff (Emily); grandchildren Justin, Derek, Courtney, Whitney, Amiee, Brad, Corinne, Sevanna, Dylan, Scottie, and Delana; great grandchildren Brynn, Morgan, and Ashton; two sisters Sharon and Sue; along with many nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, and her parents.
