Phiou Baccam, 71, of Hiawatha, passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at home surrounded by loved ones.

Phiou is survived by her mom, Ngoai Baccam, sisters Phahoanh Baccam of Hiawatha and Dy of France and her brother, Khampanh Baccam of Florida. She was preceded in death by her father.
