Dear Bev and family, My heart goes out to you all. Bev, I know you are missing your best friend and life companion so desperately. I pray he had a peaceful send off, and you were able to see him. What a great man Gene was, I have lots of fun memories. I will always remember the twinkle in his eye as he said Hello! He brought joy to many and I know my mom and dad are gathering him to join their bridge group now! Peace to you all on this new journey... it 's so very hard to lose a parent. Our parents (John & Maxine) were close friends of the Kadlecs, Molanders & others, growing up. Very pleasant memories of us children playing in the back yard together at each of our parent's homes. I was blessed to see Gene & Bev many times over the years as they travelled to visit my parents. We will miss seeing Gene but the enjoyable memories will last forever. Bev. & family: Marlene & I saw in todays paper that thee will be a memorial service for Gene on July 17th. Unfortunately we will be in Dallas that weekend and be unable to attend in person. Bev & Gene have been some of our closest friends ever since High School and we are so sorry we will not be able to attend in person.
