Departed on Feb 3, 2021

Bill, Although your father lived a long and productive life I know it is never easy to loose a loved one. My thoughts are with you and yours. Sincerely, Jay Stolba

I was sorry to hear about Dr. Audeh's passing. I began working with him as a new nurse in 1976 at Mercy. He spoke often of his family and how proud he was of his children. His kindness and willingness to teach new staff was so appreciated. As my thoughts and prayers go to you Sameera ,Mouni and Aida, I will be thinking of the many hours I worked with Dr. Audeh and his kindness. Blessings to you all. Jackie Allen

He was a wonderful doctor. We put our trust in him when we both had several surgeries by him. Even our son had a surgery by him. Our sympathy to all the family.

Mouni (Dr. Bill now), My sympathy to you and your family. How blessed you are to be the son of this wonderful, brilliant and so very kind man. I remember having dinner in your home with him and your family, and am still humbled by the honor of his invitation and the sharing of his time and wisdom with his eighth grade son’s science teacher. The evening is a lifelong memory for me, but really is the story of his life—a life not just of brilliance and leadership, but also of giving, caring and reaching out to support others. And you have a lifetime of these memories, that will keep his spirit with you always. My heart and thoughts are with you during these days as you celebrate the life of your dad. We sort of fade into the sunset as we age especially after retiring. I arrived in 1978 so was familiar with the "old school" General Surgeons....a great group. Bill was part of them. Obviously, his voyage was difficult and complicated. His tenacity and love of his profession persevered. Mankind benefitted. Also, I always thought he was somewhat of a character....a Renaissance man. Seems that he was. Peace, Fred J. Pilcher MD

Mouni and Family- I was saddened to learn of your father's passing. I read much about him that spoke to what a kind and hard-working man he was. I know he must have been a wonderful role model for all of you and for those fortunate enough to work with him. Please accept my sincere condolences. -Andy Weaver, Washington High School, Class of 1973.
