How can I even begin to thank God enough for the life of Jerry Byrne? I met a man thirty five years ago who introduced me to his wife and family who shared so many common values with me. His smile and sparkling eyes invited me over and over again and as I left his door I could hardly wait to return for our next visit. We shared a love for this country, a strong work ethic, concern for our children and grandchildren’s future and a realization that God blessed each of us with a marriage to the two most beautiful women he could create. How much more could a man ask for? It’s been said that any man can count the seeds in an apple but only God can count the apples in the seed. Jerry with Gods blessing is leaving behind an orchard! I pray comfort upon the family during this temporary separation of time and especially for Teresa. It hurts and the tears we wipe from our face cleanses our spirit as we claim Gods promises through His son Jesus Christ that tells us in John 14:1-3 ....If I go away and prepare a place for you, I will come back and receive you to Myself, so that where I am you may be also. I look forward to seeing that smile and sparkling eyes again. Thank you God for Jerry Byrne.

To Teresa, Matt, Greg and your extended family, I am sincerely sadden and can not put into words how sorry we are of your lose. It didn't take long to observe the love you had for each other; you two were truly 'linked'. Jerry was such a pleasant, soft spoken, kind and fun individual. He had this contagious smile, and sparkled in his eyes that many of us will well remember. In addition to all of these characteristics, he had a witty personality that gravitated everyone who came into contact with him. There are so many memories we have shared with you and Jerry throughout these past 40 years. I hope it is comforting for you to know I truly believe that Jerry is in heaven and smiling at everyone he comes into contact with. I am so thankful that God put you both in our lives; what a blessing. We will continue to pray for you.

My sympathy to the Byrne family. I knew Jerry through his membership at the Teamsters Union where I worked for 35 years. He was a great guy. Rest In Peace my friend!

I remember Jerry’s smiling face at Aspen Gym. Always there with a smile to greet others. Blessings to all of Jerry’s family.

I grew up near the Byrne family home. Jerry was always one of the most friendly and outgoing persons that I ever met. He was genuine and loving and was a teacher in who he was as a human being. He has a beautiful family and truly touched so many lives that one couldn't count. He will happily rest in the arms of Our Lord!

My uncle Jake was always a super guy! He went out of his way to make you smile and feel welcome. His smile was infectious and his stories were endless!! He will be dearly missed. Rest In Peace Jake. Sending prayers of peace and understanding to all. A monetary gift will be given to Shriners Hospital.

Very sorry to hear about Jerry's passing. He was a great friend to my Mom and Dad (Bob and Connie Casey) and just an overall great guy. I met him a few times for lunch with my Dad and Bob Scott and know why everyone loved him and all the Bryne family. As Bob Scott says: We know where he went and we will see him soon. God Bless you all ! Tom Casey
