Your at peace now .. I have many found memories of babysitting for you and your brother Pat.. Also many memories at Grandma & Grandma Lowe's on Sunday's.. Soar high now with your wings. Your God's angel now..

John was a great friend and caving companion. He contributed quite a bit to the Iowa Grotto and the Cave Research Foundation. He will be greatly missed.

Love you forever and always...

Wonderful childhood memories shared with you at the summer reunions. You’ll be missed by many.

I am honored and blessed to have known John. Fond memories include playing football on the “hill” and fishing with Pat and Rick. He was truly a blessing in my life.

Did not know John but Carol & Rick are good friends (& part of our Red Hat group) and our prayers and sympathy are with the whole family at this time. Having lost a daughter 15 years ago, I feel your loss. It is always hard to lose anyone but your children should not go first. Our Susie was a month younger than John. Take Care & God Bless You & Yours.

John was one of the caver regulars at Mystery Cave during a period of active surveying. He was so pleasant to work with and a competent and cheerful caver underground, a guy you could count on. I will miss him as will many others.
