Lee Singleton

Departed on Nov 10, 2020

Cindy, Chris. Lisa and families. Sending prayers of peace and comfort to you and ALL of yours. We have all been blessed by having known Lee. He was in Pella once years ago and called me to meet for lunch out of the blue. Made my entire week. Memories fade as we get older but i have fond memories of the A&W restaurant as well as the house by the airport. He was so patient with all of us Sturdevant's! Love to all!

I’m so very sorry for your family’s loss. May the God of peace rule in your hearts and give you a comfort that is beyond understanding. I wish I could be with you during this sad time. Love you, Lisa, Rob, Audrey, and Natalie! ??

Cindy, my deepest condolences to you and the entire family. Prayers for peace. May the wonderful memories of Lee fill all of your hearts with love and comfort.

Cindy, Chris and Lisa - I just saw the obituary for your Dad in The Gazette this morning. I'm so sad for you all. I have often thought of Lee since he left the area and hoped he was doing well especially with the covid virus so prevalent in our country today. I always have thought Lee was very special as one of my clients. I enjoyed talking with him immensely because he'd had such an interesting life and he delighted in telling stories about various events. I particularly got a kick out of him talking about his A & W years as he was very proud of that business and the family's involvement. He also talked often about your Mom and it was clear that her passing was a tremendous loss for him. I hope these past few years had been good for Lee. I know he was looking forward to being near one of his girls when he was preparing to move to TX. I appreciate the time I had working with him in managing his property and I'm sure I will continue to think of him. I always look at the house as I pass by on my way to the airport or when I am out that way. Peace be with you as you grieve his passing.

Dear Lisa, Rob, Audrey, and Natalie, We love you all and are praying for God's deepest comfort in our Lord Jesus Christ. Lisa, I'm glad I got to meet your father! Wish I could have gotten to know him better. Pastor Doug
