Erik meant the world to Jared and I. It was so comforting knowing he was always there to love and protect Nikki. He truly was the kindest, most caring, and selfless person. He went out of his way to help others and had a love for his friends and family, especially Nikki, like no other. My sincerest condolences to Nikki, Amanda, Karen, Brian, and the rest of his many family and friends that loved him. We will miss him so much and his love will shine on forever in our hearts.

Karen and family- I am so sorry for your loss. I have many memories of the hours we spent with our children on PTA and Kennedy Band activities. I just lost my Mom on Feb. 26. It has been tough and I am sure you will have tough times also. What has helped me is the Bible's promise that our dead ones are not suffering and that God will resurrect all who are in his memory and we will see them again. Prayers and hugs.

We live across the street from where he and his family use to live on Old Marion Rd. So sad that he died at such a young age. God bless you all.

Nicole there are no words at this time that will comfort, no embraces that are strong enough to bare the weight of your pain and although we would all gladly carry the burden of your grief for even a short time we can’t. This is the price we all eventually pay for the gift of deeply loving someone and having them love us back. But darkness does not last forever and the memories that are causing you so much heartache will eventually bring you comfort.
